This covers simple tasks like door adjustments, small drywall patches, touch‑up painting, hardware tightening, caulking, and similar minor fixes that can usually be completed in under 2 hours. Materials and hardware are billed separately, and any unused allowance does not roll over to the next month. The add‑on is available only while your monthly cleaning plan is active.
